The chef and his dedicated team conjure up dishes inspired by this unique location, as well as all of the influences that have passed through it at one time or another. From the primal flavours of wild game and local herbs picked from the surrounding bushveld to the spicy tastes of visiting Arab traders, and traditional dishes introduced by European gold miners – guests can take their taste buds on a true African safari.
The cuisine is presented in a variety of locations. From the elegant dining room, to private dining in your suite or to a dining adventure under the panorama of the African night.
