Introduction
Djuma Game Reserve (Djuma is Shangaan for "The Roar of the Lion") comprising some 9500ha of private traversing is situated in the Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park and offers guests the ultimate in guided safaris and accommodation in three unique lodges:

Local Area Information
Situated in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. In summer (October to March) temperatures range from 16°C to 38°C and in Winter (May, June & July) from 5°C to 26°C. Summer days and nights are generally hot and humid outdoors while Winter days are mild and very comfortable with evenings and early mornings being cold. The Lowveld has summer rainfall.

VUYATELA
Meaning "come and visit again" -is a celebration of modern South Africa and has eight luxury Kayas (Suites), with each Kaya a collection of buildings joined together and decorated in modern pan-African décor. BUSH LODGE
Djuma Game Reserve's lovely Bush Lodge comprises eight air-conditioned en-suite chalets nestled in beautiful indigenous gardens. Bush Lodge has a brand new swimming pool, traditional boma and Thatched guest entertainment area. All rooms recently upgraded. Graded 4 Star - Tourism Grading Council of SA

GALAGO CAMP
Offers families, parties and corporate groups use of the entire camp with total exclusivity. Accommodation is in five colonial style bedrooms and is self catered or catered by arrangement. Graded 4 Star - Tourism Grading Council of SA

Facilities
All the units have en-suite bathrooms, minibars, fans and airconditioning. There is a health spa and swimming pool.

Activities
Safaris at all camps are conducted in open 4x4 vehicles with professional rangers and trackers.

Children's Policy
Children 6 years and older are welcome at the reserve.
